May 1, 2025 - Pawtucket-based Rhode Island Spirits celebrated the rebranding of its tasting room, now called The Rhodium Room, with a weekend launch that began on March 21. The distillery and bar, located at 40 Bayley Street, features Rhodium gins, vodkas and liqueurs, with special attention given to seasonal and foraged flavors. New cocktails debuted for visitors, as well as a refreshed look for the space. Founded in 2019 by Cathy Plourde and Kara Larson, RI Spirits is women-, queer- and veteran-owned.
