Newport Gin

One day, the Newport Restaurant Group asked if we could make a gin just for them. They wanted the perfect Negroni gin, and we went to work. This punchy dry gin features all the usual gin ingredients, plus freshly foraged spruce tips, poppy seeds, and sweet orange zest to pair with the Negroni’s traditional zest garnish. Not available in any store.
